Women And Training

There are a number of considerations when training women that most trainers fail to recognize.

Many techniques and training exercises build up women’s muscles and frame. And instead of looking more feminine, the opposite appearance of masculinity is the result.

Most women want their hard work to result in looking more feminine.

A unique feature of my program as it pertains to women is the fact that we focus on techniques that tune and tighten the body. This results NOT in a masculine look, but rather a longer, thinner, more feminine appearance.

Proper training techniques will lead to a leaner, longer, and more feminine physique.

Resistance training adds muscle to your body composition. This leads to a more efficient metabolism that is in fact, faster. To achieve “permanent weight loss,” speeding up the metabolism is key.

Nature has it’s way of keeping you at your ideal weight by stimulating your metabolism…

Yo-Yo diets always end in terrible frustration and the feeling of failure. My program is not one of those late night, infomercial gimmicks that undoubtedly are too good to be true. You see, when you let nature do all the work for you, (a good diet coupled with resistance training to add lean body mass,) your body will maintain your optimum weight naturally.
