Over all of my personal training in Los Angeles, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients all over Los Angeles, aiding them with weight loss, nutritional counseling, personal fitness, weight lifting, or whatever their own personal goal was at the time. My clients range from the average person, to movie and television stars and professional athletes. As a certified personal trainer, I have the knowledge and skillset needed to help you attain your personal fitness training or weight loss goal in the shortest possible time frame.

I’ve worked with a number of personal training clients in Los Angeles over the years, and one thing I’ve learned is that there is a single key factor for success in personal fitness training or weight loss goals. This key factor is that the individual WANTED to make a change. They were whole-heartedly dedicated to bettering their physical shape, and were ready for wherever that path took them. I’m not talking about the average “want” either; I’m talking about a deeply rooted desire. A desperate desire for change that causes a person to willingly transform their eating habits and exercise routines and undergo the personal training needed to reach their goal.


It’s important to note that every person is different; one single plan can never be universal. I will customize your nutritional and fitness plan based on what you want to achieve, and how much time you have available. I am a certified personal trainer in Los Angeles. The general public seems to have a misconception about what they can and cannot eat in order to get the most out of your work out and to maximize your muscle mass. A simple rule of thumb, however, can put things into perspective for you. Chances are you’ve heard it before: You are what you eat. Fat feeds fat, lean protein feeds lean muscle, it really is that simple. Ideally, your body needs a good portion of each food group to function properly and for you to stay healthy. There is no need, however, to consume dietary fat, because you can get plenty of it through protein sources and EFA supplements like primrose oil, flax oil, and omega-3 and 6 fatty acids.
